Roadtech Dynamics is a small engineering team with a background in Formula 1 and road car development.
We bring experience from five F1 seasons — including World Championships — along with over seven years working in vehicle dynamics and performance engineering. We are used to environments where development cycles are short and decisions must be technically sound. That way of working still shapes how we approach road car projects today.
Javier has over seven years of experience in vehicle dynamics across both F1 and road cars. His work focuses on vehicle balance, setup methodology, and translating data into practical development steps that work beyond the race track.
Alex’s background is in mechanical design for competition. He worked as a turbocharger mechanical design engineer at Red Bull Ford Powertrains and previously taught Siemens NX at Siemens DIZ, a widely used standard in high-level motorsport design. He currently leads around half of our trainings and workshops.
In addition to his mechanical design expertise, Alex is exceptionally strong in Python. He develops robust, clean and performance-oriented engineering tools, from data processing pipelines to simulation and optimisation scripts. His level in Python is genuinely outstanding — not just functional, but architecturally solid and production-ready.
